Based in iCEnhancer MODs (by Ice La Glace) and best sub-mods, I modified and added my own improvements.

v2: Same as v1 but rebalanced for better lighting on nocturnal environments. Only for GTA4 1040.

* Blood realistic (damages in the bodies by dDefinder, new realistic splashes of blood by me).
* Rain improved and more realistic.
* Rebalanced colors, lighting and definition.
* Optimal Brightness Calibration tutorial for screen display.
* Recommended Settings tutorial to good performance.
* Added Bigger and Realistic Explosion MOD (by NGT) with some improvements in physics (by me).
* Added three traffic methods by switches:
- QUALITY (Default): Real Traffic (by Chikamru)
- PERFORMANCE: Traffic Load Final (by ikt)
- NORMAL: Original of the game (by Rockstar)
* Added two DoF (Depth of Field) methods by switches:
- DYNAMIC (Default)
- STATIC (v1/v2) / DISABLE (v3)
* New v3 compatible with EFLC 1120 / GTA4 1070.
* Lighting bulbs more realistics (only in v3).

tried every enb and ice preset available and honestly your version is the best that is out there, personally. the graphics are very sharp and not washed up, blurry or fuzzy looking. the colors are very vibrant but not to the point of saturation. the reflections and the sun rays make it look realistic, it looks great especially in the daytime. i even noticed the two tone colors at night, giving off the image of city lights lighting up the horizon.
only gripe is that we cant adjust the static or dynamic focusing or the strength. is there any way to make the static or dynamic depth of field higher?? using version 2 the recommended one for 1040.
